CUI Devices and Master Electronics Partner in Giving Back to Local Communities

3/5/2021

CUI Devices today announced a new local giving program in partnership with electronic components distributor Master Electronics. The aim of this annual initiative is to provide basic human essentials to those in need, especially those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, while having an impact on and making a difference in each company’s local community. The initiative will also encourage employee involvement through volunteer opportunities.

This ongoing giving program will focus on donations to local food banks through a dollar-for-dollar match. Each dollar donated by CUI Devices to its local food bank will be matched by Master Electronics, and vice versa. Master Electronics has committed to match CUI Devices’ support of the Tualatin School House Pantry, serving citizens in Tualatin, Oregon and the surrounding areas, while CUI Devices will equal any donations from Master Electronics to Kitchen on the Street in Phoenix, Arizona.

“We are excited to kick off this annual giving program with CUI Devices,” stated Master Electronics’ President, Riad Nizam. “The past year has undoubtedly been a challenging time for many families and individuals. Local food banks are a vital resource for these groups, which is why we feel so strongly about this partnership between our two companies aimed at strengthening our support of these important charities.”

“Service and investing in the community have been at CUI Devices’ core since our beginning,” expressed Matt McKenzie, CEO of CUI Devices. “To have a partner like Master Electronics that shares that same commitment to giving is a tremendous blessing. Thanks to this program, both companies can now double the impact of our efforts to serve those most in need in our local communities,” McKenzie concluded.
