Katie McKenzie brings a passion for CUI Devices' internal growth, both in the quality of its hires and the quality of life for its valuable team members. As CUI Devices grows, Katie's devotion to maintaining a family, core-value-driven culture has continued to keep turnover low and the pool of talented applicants deep. She has been integral in assembling a cohesive team with varied skill sets and industry backgrounds, helping CUI Devices make its push into a leadership position within the industry.

Having previously been the VP of Human Resources at CUI Inc upon joining the company in 2002, Katie reshaped the HR function from the ground up, implementing and improving systems ranging from employee retention, employee relations, benefits programs, and communication and feedback systems. In 2011, Katie rolled out a new community outreach program, called Core Values in Action Outreach Day, which deployed CUI Inc employees out into the community, allowing them to work directly for causes that go far beyond the bottom line.

Katie graduated from George Fox University with a degree in Business Communications, holds a certification in Human Resource Management from Portland State University, and has industry recruiting experience from Maxim Integrated Products.
